The $400 question that started everything
Our founder, Camille, was spending $400 a month on LED facials, microcurrent treatments, and eye massages at a Vancouver med spa. The results were real. The bill was unsustainable.
She started researching the devices behind those treatments — the actual hardware. What she found was startling: the clinical machines used the same core technology as consumer devices, just with a $4,000 markup and a white coat attached.
