The Sense Wand features 9 precisely calibrated energy levels ranging from 7.92J (Level 1) up to 16.5J (Level 9). Start from energy level 1 and gradually increase the levels. If you experience any discomfort, stop increasing the intensity immediately. Low levels (1–3) are ideal for sensitive skin care; high levels (7–9) deliver faster, more visible results.
The Sense Wand's intelligent memory function automatically saves the energy level set at your last use. Every time you power on the device, it resumes from where you left off — eliminating the need to re-adjust settings each session for a seamless, personalized experience.
The built-in LCD display shows your current energy level and a flash counter tracking total flashes used. This allows you to monitor device usage, plan maintenance, and ensure you're always operating at your preferred intensity level with full visibility.
Shave the treatment area before use. Cleanse and dry skin thoroughly. Select your energy level starting from Level 1. Place the device flat against the skin and press the flash button. Treat each area systematically. Use every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, then monthly for maintenance. Results visible in 4–8 weeks.
Always start at the lowest energy level and increase gradually. Do not use on tattooed skin, dark spots, or around the eye area. Avoid sun exposure 24 hours before and after treatment. Not suitable for skin tones VI on the Fitzpatrick scale. Consult a dermatologist if you have any skin conditions.
